Flexible: full refund at least 24 hours before arrival, then 50% before arrival. Moderate: full refund at least 5 days before arrival, then 50%. Strict: 50% at least 7 days before arrival, otherwise none. No refund after check-in. Pay-at-property bookings have no online payment to refund. Check each stay’s policy before requesting.
